Roles & Responsibilities
  • To pays a visits to potential accounts in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
  • The Assistant to Director of Sales & Marketing may be called upon the undertake activities outside his/her own area and to publicize hotels other than his/her own for specific projects and/or programs.
  • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
  • Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
  • Receives in the hotel any important guests whom he has approached.
  • Negotiates prices with the clients and certified by DOSM.
  • To issued and confirms proposals in writing as a record.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of Sales Management experience in hotel of international standard or 5 star equivalent.
  • Bachelor- s Degree/ Master degree in Hospitality / Business Administration is preferred
  • Skill in developing sales strategies with a long term view.
  • Multi-property sales experience or team leadership experience
  • Good English proficiency, both spoken, written, listening and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills/ administration / computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, pleasing personality, service mind and good attitude.

  • Previous experience as a security manager

  • Basic familiarity with information security technology

Assistant Reservation Manager / Grande Centre Point Surawong

Roles & Responsibilities
  • The Reservation Manager must display effective listening and communication skills, initiative, exercise good judgment and discretion, effective problem solving skills, and display creativity and ingenuity while providing maximum exposure for our hotel and its offerings.
  • To direct, supervise and provide leadership for the reservation team, in conjunction with revenue management efforts to achieve the highest levels of member/guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Grande Centre Point policies and procedures while meeting/ exceeding financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business, Sales/Marketing or Hotel Management
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and considerable experience related to this class of work including some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Reservation supervisor or Asst. Manager on a reputed hotel.
  • Ability to effectively manage a staff of 4+ employees. Exceptional customer service skills and professional telephone manners. Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to promote teamwork and willing cooperation. Excellent time management skills ensuring the ability to multitask, motivate and lead staff to meet department’s Service Level Goals. Ability to identify areas of opportunities and readily generate solutions.
